Loving Life!
We have had a fun couple of weeks. Nothing big to report. We have had fun with friends and family. Maggie continues to amaze me every day. She is saying words all of the time and starting to really communicate with us. I have been teaching her sign language and it has taken off in the last couple of weeks. FYI...if anyone is interested in teaching their babes sign langauage I am starting a business called Fingerspeak. It is designed to help you learn how to teach your babies (6 months to 18 months) sign language. The classes will start this Fall! It has been amazing to watch Maggie learn signs and it is awesome to be able to communicate with her so early. Anyhoo, here are some pictures of our precious little lady and the fun we have been having!!

busy busy!
so sorry that i have not posted in awhile. i have two reasons for this...1)my internet was down for about 10 days and 2) i have a BUSY 14 month old! maggie is everywhere these days. i seriously do not have a moment to sit except at nap time when i have to clean and get the laundry done and of course catch up on tv! :) we have had such a fun month. we went to pick strawberries with some friends, celebrated my dad's birthday and celebrated Easter. i ran in a 10k with some good friends this past weekend which was a lot of fun. danny has been working hard and working out too! maggie is still the light of our lives and doing SO much. she has about 25-30 words which amazes the teacher in me! she loves her babies and likes to feed them, burp the, and put them night night. we have a lot of fun cooking in her kitchen and of course playing out side. this past weekend she loved watching the kentucky derby and now goes crazy when we see the "na nas" all around town. we continue to have our fun playgroup and play with as many friends as we can. i am having such a blast watching her become a little independent person. here are some pictures from the last couple of weeks.

Good Friday
Today I am really pondering the sacrifice my Savior made by dying on the cross. I pray that everyone reading this today takes a minute to stop and be thankful for Jesus dying on the cross for your sins. He is such a good and faithful God and I am so grateful for what He did for me. Danny is off today so we are enjoying a great Good Friday morning. Here is a picture of Danny and Maggie sharing breakfast.

Dancing Maggie
Here is a cute video we took of Maggie tonight. She LOVES singing animals and obviously like to dance. She is signing "more" over and over. Too precious!
updated....
Sorry that I have not been updating as much! It seems that the older Maggie gets, the faster time flies. She is now 13 months and everywhere! We have a had a lot fun lately taking her to the park because the weather has beautiful...of course minus the wind. She still amazes me everyday with the things she does. She has about 10 "words" right now and really has been using the sign language I have been teaching her. She loves her babies and feeds all of them the food she cooks in her kitchen. It is so much fun watching her personality come out more and more. She definitely knows what she wants and when she does not get it she will let you know. Danny and I are having so much fun with her. Maggie just learned how to give kisses and it is the most precious thing ever! Here are some pictures that I have taken over the last couple of weeks. Enjoy!

Another week of firsts...
This week we have experienced some firsts...On Sunday we took Maggie to Danny's soccer game. She had been before but was really little last year. For the first time she was walking everywhere and following around all of the other kids. It made me realize that she is not a baby anymore...she is a little girl! Danny's jersey is yellow so anytime she saw one of the players she would point and say "dada". It was precious. We also brushed Maggie's teeth for the first time. Who knew that babies could not have regular toothpaste? So thanks to the moms at playgroup I bought training toothpaste and a little toothbrush. I thought she would hate it because she is teething but she really let me get in there and brush them. We are having SO much fun with her experiencing all of her "firsts".
