Happy Father's Day!
Sorry I have not posted anything lately. We have been busy and traveling a bit. Maggie is doing great and loving life and we are loving her! She continues to amaze me everyday and is such a good baby. We went to Dallas this weekend to celebrate Aunt Lisa's birthday and she did great all weekend...she slept great, loved shopping at the Galleria and going to the lake. Danny had a great first Father's Day. He is such a great daddy and Maggie loves him very much! I always knew he would be a great Dad, but he has exceeded my expectations! He loves carrying Maggie around and showing her new things....I took of picture of them "exploring" and I love it!

Happy Things
There are some things in life that just makes you happy. Sunsets, long days at the lake, family, ice cream, lazy Sundays all just make me smile and feel good. Well, since Maggie has been born I have added more "happys". Watching her discover new things, getting her out of crib in the morning while she gives me a huge grin, watching her look for a familiar voice all make me smile just thinking about them.....here are some pictures that make me smile too!

Maggie loves standing up and the other night she felt grass for the first time.

Danny comes home everyday for lunch and to get some loving from Maggie...and most days it is when I take a shower! I love to watch the together. She is a daddy's girl!
I love a little girl dressed in white and barefoot! And this smile always makes me smile!!!

Happy Memorial Day!!
We have had a great weekend! Maggie enjoyed her first road trip to Austin to visit her Aunt Kara and Uncle Adam. She did amazing in the car...slept most of the way. Except to eat of course! I was a bit worried that she would not sleep that night but she did....and she did very well in her Pack'n Play. We went shopping on Saturday and then out to the lake on Sunday to meet more family! Maggie was definitely the star of the show and loved being held by everyone. Here are some pictures from the weekend. Thanks Aunt Kara for taking these pictures!

Happy 3 month birthday Maggie!
Wow! I cannot believe that Maggie is three months old today! How time flies when you are having fun. And boy are we having fun! She is talking up a storm or I guess "oooing" and "ahhhing" up a storm. This week she has started talking to her self. She will fix her attention on something and just talk away. In the car, swing or on her playmat she is socializing with everything! I love watching her enjoy the simple things. I think that everyone should stop and realize the simplest things in life are worth fixating on. Life is so beautiful and I take it for granted so often. I am so thankful that Maggie is helping me slow down and enjoy the little things. This morning Maggie was in her crib talking to her butterflies and her puppy while I was cleaning her room and going through her clothes. When I looked in her crib, she had fallen asleep holding on to the puppy and her passy! It was precious. Don't worry, I took the dog away once I snapped a picture!

Maggie's Dedication
This weekend Maggie was dedicated at church. It was a perfect way to celebrate Mother's Day! All of her family was there to watch which was so very special! We had a wonderful weekend playing with Aunt Lisa, Uncle Adam and Aunt Kara. Maggie was also got to meet her great grandmother Virgina for the first time! Maggie loved being rocked and sung to by her. Danny and I felt so incredibly blessed to have all of our family there to support us on this special day. We pray that Maggie will come to know the Lord at an early age and that He will give Danny and I the wisdom to lead her towards His amazing love. Here are some pictures from this special weekend! Enjoy!
Maggie did great during the service!
What a cute family!

Growing Growing Growing!!!
Maggie is changing every day and it is so fun to watch her learn and explore new things. She is smiling more and more everyday...she as THE cutest smile ever. Her eyes light up and she wrinkles her little nose. It is just too cute. And she smiles the most for her Daddy! She is starting to grab at toys and loves the crinkle sounds that some of them make. She continues to eat and sleep wonderfully. The last two nights she has slept from 10pm until 6:15! It is great to actually get a full nights sleep for the first time in months. What a good baby!
