Sweet Maggie,
Tomorrow you will be 9 months old! I cannot believe how fast time has gone. We have had a fun month. You have really started to be independent lately. You have nothing to do with baby food and all you want to eat is table food. You love grilled cheese sandwiches, peas, peaches, oatmeal and pancakes. When you are playing you always want to be standing up and you have gotten really good at it! You are still army crawling everywhere and are able to pull up on almost everything. You are such a good sleeper too. Every night you go to sleep around 7:45 and wake up at 7:30 which is so nice for your daddy and I. We also went to see Dr. Brown this month to check on your hip and there was good news! He said that everything is developing as it should which is such a huge praise. Today we took you to your 9 month appointment and you are one perfect little girl! You weigh 18 lbs 2 oz (50th percentile) and are 28 1/2 inches long (80th percentile). You are my long and lean little baby! We have had so much playing lately. You love to pat and love on your baby and have learned how to play peek a boo with your baby and blanket. You also love to stand up on your music table and "dance" which is the cutest thing ever! One of the biggest highlights of the month is that you learned the sign "more". We gave you a strawberry for the first time and when we took it away, you looked at Daddy and signed "more". I was so proud!
I love you so much and everyday you bring light to my life and a hundred smiles to my face.

amy! i've met you once at keri & jakes..but i completely just blog stalked you! :) maggie is just adorable! and its so fun to see what our lil one (liv, 7 months)may be doing next.. i'm a nerd but since we share friends..im adding you to my blog list! you have such a precious family. take care, erin barrett
